History of GNE

  • 2010 – Founded in Singapore.

  • 2011 – Incorporated as private limited in Singapore.

  • 2013 – Incorporate as company limited in Myanmar.

  • 2014 – Became official Polycom authorized partner for Myanmar and provided more than 100 units of Polycom video conference devices for Myanmar e-Government projects.

  • 2015 – Became Cisco Premier Partner for Myanmar. Obtained AS telecom license.

  • 2018 – Became Zebra Technologies authorized reseller for Myanmar.

  • 2019 – Became Fortinet Silver Partner.

Our team consists of seasoned professional in their own field. We are tight knitted team with vast knowledge in technology and Myanmar market.

Jake Nanda AungManaging Director / Founder
An entrepreneur who provides technology solutions to MNCs and enterprises in Myanmar. Jake has more than 12 years of professional experience in enterprise networking, WAN optimization, information security and IT consulting. He has an honors degree in computer technology from University of Computer Studies Yangon and a graduate diploma in systems analysis from National University of Singapore.
Su Su WinFinance and Administration Director
Su Su Win is a seasoned auditor and HR consultant. She worked as government auditor for more than 13 years before moving into private sector. She worked as HR consultant for another 13 years before joining GNE. Su Su has Bachelor of Economic (Statistics) from Yangon Institute of Economics.
Kyaw Htun HlaingSenior Business Development Manager
Kyaw Htun Hlaing has more than 20 years experience in Myanmar IT sector. He previously worked for Myanmar Millennium Group before joining GNE.
Aung Myo HtetTechnical Team Lead
Aung Myo Htet has 5 years working experience as network engineer. He worked for Fortune International managing FTTH network before joining GNE. Aung has a degree in mathematics. He is CCNP and CCDA.
